Q：What's the specification of your MSG? (e.g., purity, mesh, moisture)

A:Our MSG is food grade with a standard purity of 99% monosodium glutamate, the mesh size is mainly  20-80 mesh (customizable), and the moisture content is ≤0.5%. All specifications comply with international food safety standards.

Q:What certifications do your MSG have?

A：Our MSG has obtained HALAL, KOSHER, FDA, HACCP and ISO9001 certifications, and we can also provide the certificate of origin and health certificate according to your customs clearance requirements.

Q：What's the shelf life of your MSG? How to store it properly?

A：The shelf life of our packaged MSG is 24 months from the production date. It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
